We are a raiding oriented guild with a casual atmosphere, were here to have fun. We are a very closely tied guild. Many of our members have been with Lex Non Scripta for at least a year through our trials.
We are currently scheduling 25 man content and making decent progress, check out our progression window on the right hand side of your screen to see where we stand and note that all the progress recorded here is 25 man content, not 10 man.
As stated above, we are here to have fun, Lex Non Scripta is family. The Officers are here to help players if they need it, don't be afraid to approach them. Any questions or concerns should be brought to the Lord (Class Leader) for your class. They will give you the proper guidance or bring the concern to the Warlord, High Council or High Lord if need be.

Ulduar
Well guys, the patch is here! We just barely managed to get our OS3D kill in before Ulduar hit but it still counts as getting it while it was still tough! Excellent job to everyone, we nailed the progression just in time for new content and now we have a head start into Ulduar. With the release of Ulduar today, our regular schedule is being changed back into our 3 day raiding week so please remember if you're raider tagged that we are expecting almost 100% attendance for Ulduar and want to get in and clear content quickly. There will be a post on the forums regarding loot distribution and other information pertinent to Ulduar so be sure to check it out. Make sure everyone brings flasks and other essential raiding materials such as potions/reagents and be fully repaired as we are going to be spending almost all of our time chipping away into Ulduar. Be ready to wipe! Don't get upset if we wipe in Ulduar its a new raid and it's not going to be easy! As Raiders you are expected to stay with the beating and push content until we can down it! Completed Progression!
Well that's it guys, tonight we cleared 25 man Malygos and Obsidian Sanctum with one drake up, that puts us over the finish line in terms of progression other than Obsidian Sanctum with two and three drakes. The Site looks really awesome with that 0/1 on Eye of Eternity becoming 1/1, a sight that had been paining us for a long time. February 25 was the death of Maly 25, coincidence? I think not! Just wanted to say awesome job to everybody who attended! Not only for the Malygos and OS but the Naxx as well, everyone came in prepared and on time and with the right attitudes to get things done and have fun in the process. Looking forward to some farmin on these instances and cant wait to put Lex Non Scripta to the test in Ulduar!  Signed, Roverik High Lord of Lex Non Scripta

Changes
As people have probably noticed there have been a few changes in the raid schedule as well as the structure for ranking. The new ranking system is as follows: High Lord High Council Warlord Lord Royal Reserve Knight Templar Knight Reserve Mercenary For full details on what these ranks mean, visit the forums under the New Ranking post. Along with the new structure, our raid schedule has been flopped around so that Naxxramas will be Tuesday and Wednesday (Mop up on Thursday if needed) and Obsidian Sanctum on Thursday after Naxxramas to leave us time to do attempts with drakes still up. Once we start downing Obsidian Sanctum with at least 1 drake up we may start to add Malygos to the schedule depending on our speed in clearing the Naxxramas and Obsidian Sanctum. Two Years of Lex Non Scripta!
Today, January 28th, 2009, is the 2 year anniversary of Lex Non Scripta's creation! As most of you already know, we will not be doing our normal scheduled raiding today and instead we will be having a more offbeat night of organized guild events that is still to be announced however something entertaining is a definite! On a more serious note, you will notice that Obsidian Sanctum has been moved from tuesdays to thursdays, this is to allow us to clear out naxxramas first within two nights and then to spend some extra time in Obsidian Sanctum with some drakes up. Lex Non Scripta: Successful Raiding Guild
Awesome job this week to everyone! We cleared all of 25 man Naxx and finally got to knock up the progression on our site so that only the elusive Malygos has not been defeated. We will be adding him to the schedule once we have Naxx farmed out a little longer. I want to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate everyone for their efforts in turning Lex Non Scripta into a successful raiding guild. We're not done yet! For now we will continue to farm the content we have downed while we wait for the new stuff to open itself up to us. Let's keep progressing and keep strong together as a guild! Moving Forward
We have been making some awesome progression lately, more so now that the lag has been letting up a little which is allowing us to do bosses that were otherwise impossible. Hopefully within the next week or two we can finally clear Naxx and move on to adding Malygos to our 25 man raid schedule on tuesday nights after Obsidian Sanctum. Really impressed with everyones effort thus far and I am definitely hoping to see it continue on in the coming months. We only have a few bosses left before we've cleared all the content then it'll just be time to farm and gear up for any new content they release! Keep up the good work everybody! The End of the Holidays
With the holidays coming to a close, the guild tabard is back to normal and along with it our raid schedule. All Raids will be back to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:30pm for invites with an 8pm start. Make sure to check the forums for our Raiding Etiquette post! To close off the Holiday Season we have our Christmas Screenshot Competition Winners! First Prize 300g: Braytak Second Prize 150g: Dieck Thanks to everyone else who submitted! Check the Gallery on the forums to view the winning shots! Now that the instance lag has ended and we can get in more than 1-2 nights of raiding steadily a week, our progression should increase rapidly, on top of how much we've already downed. All that's left in Naxxramas is the Military Quarter, Sapphiron, and the big KT! Then it's only Malygos and we're done progression until new content! Keep up the good work guys! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone in the guild! Hope everyone has been enjoying the holiday season! Obviously scheduled raiding will be limited during this time as we do not expect our members to attend raids during holidays, however keep an eye on the random raids that we will throw together if we have the people. The Guild tabard, as always, has been turned into something more festive! Wear it with pride! Please continue to check the forums and to sign up for raids that are posted. WOTLK Raiding is here!
Just under a month into the expansion and we've just posted our first 25 mans on the calendar, we're right on track with where we wanted to be. Please make sure you sign up for raids if you plan on becoming a raider! We have set the schedule as follows:
Tuesday - The Obsidian Sanctum
Wednesday - Naxxramas
Thursday - Naxxramas
All raids will have a 7:30pm invite time and we hope to be pulling by 8:00pm, all raids will be concluded before 11pm (all times server time, EST)
Along with this, please be sure to read the forum post on raiding requirements and expectations!!! Raider tags will not be given out in this first week but Class Leaders will be watching to see which members are putting in the most time to get the rank.
I just want to add that I've been extremely impressed watching the guild putting their own effort into leveling and becoming raid ready instead of relying on handouts, hope this motivation continues into raiding!

Wrath of the Lich King is just barely a week away. We plan to be raiding in the new expansion A.S.A.P. so hopefully everyone has their copy of Wotlk reserved! Raider tags will be given to the members who hit 80 and get raid ready and actually show up for raids, everyone is starting back at the normal Member rank (Knight) and raider tags will not be given to anyone until at least three weeks into raiding, giving everyone plenty of time to lvl and get raid ready!

Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween to everyone here in Lex Non Scripta! You'll notice the guild tabard in game has been changed to something more festive!  From the Blizzard site: ~Hallow's End is the celebration of the break between the Forsaken and the Scourge. Many tricks and treats await adventurers seeking holiday fun, including defeating the Headless Horseman, visiting inns and cities for fun items such as masks and costumes, and eating way too much candy in one sitting. As the first major holiday to start after the launch of the achievements system, this year's version of the holiday includes an array of Hallow's End-specific achievements. Hallow's End begins October 18 and continues until November 1.~ I'll be adding a screenshot competition to the forums for guild members to compete in. We will be offering prizes for first and second place, 300g for first and 150g for second so make sure to get your screenshots in! Plans for the Future
With the new expansion on our doorstep and the lack of enthusiasm for progression we are calling off all 25 man scheduled raiding until the expansion. We will attempt to form 25 mans if we manage to get the people to do it, otherwise we will be sitting tight until the expansion.
Along with this, all the Knight Templar (raiders) have been demoted to Knight (member) to give everyone a fair chance in wotlk to earn or re-earn their raiding spot.
As a guild, we remain strong, we are currently not recruiting anybody until the new expansion comes and we get back into raiding and are looking to fill spots. Those that wish to join can be redirected here to our site if they wish to apply and the application will be stored for future reference.
Lex Non Scripta is still a family! Everyone here is a member of our family and we plan to advance as a family into the coming expansion.
With the lack of raiding we will try to keep things lively and attempt to schedule other events to occupy our time until the expansion. We may start to schedule organized pvp or fun party nights in game depending on the response we get from members. I know it's rough for all of us that were hoping to raid straight up to wotlk, so we will try to find other ways to spend time until we can get back into raiding!
